Description | In the locality “Zatáčka” near Dobrkovská Lhotka has been documented a few paleobotanical fossils. This material correspondent minimally to four taxons – fossilized and carbon sable twigs, different seed grains, strobilus, coconut and stones. This paper discussed sedimentary settings and position paleontology finds. Sandy clay and ballast sediments correspond of vrábeč formation (Miocene) and shows of fluvio-lacustral sedimentation processes. Fossils from this locality originate probably from baden – sarmat, but not except older origin. Paleontological material has been in more detail study. |
