| Description | This presentation focused on the issue of economic activity of the Czech older workers in the context of dominant active ageing concept, from the various points of view. I concentrated on the topic of values and attitudes of older workers to work. And the change of family bringing these population risk of role overload more often and the necessity of taking care of grandchildren or/and parents was mentioned. |
