Description | Membranes with high ionic conductivity are used in many branches of electrochemical industry. Electrolysis, fuel cells and moreover alkaline batteries can be mentioned. This paper is focused on polymer membranes made form polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), which were doped with alkali hydroxides (potassium hydroxide - KOH, sodium hydroxide - NaOH and lithium hydroxide LiOH). Using impedance spectroscopy the temperature dependence of electric resistance of membranes were studied and discussed. |
