| Description | Workshop had a form of a presentation by Dr. Jindřichová and following panel discussion. It was aimed at: - the reasons for regulation, - the original legislative basis, - introduction to SEPA, - key changes, - implementation - Regulation (EU) No 260/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2012 establishing technical and business requirements for credit transfers and direct debits in euro and amending Regulation (EC) No 924/2009, - the future. It included the new regulation as of May 2013. Organized as a part of the European Union Regulation of Financial Services online project (175798-LLP-1-2010-1-CZ-AJM-MO). |
