| Description | In the first half of the year, the threesome of the acts making up the corner stone of the prepared civil law recodification becomes a part of law. Passed texts largely change the present concept of legal bodies, mainly the way of a will creation, and the show of the created will. The aim of this paper is to analyse the topic; the paper should include also the muse of the passed changes real impact. |
