| Description | The contribution is focused on the managing of tourism destinations. The basis of the paper comes from the development of organisation and cooperation in Alpine countries such as Austria and Switzerland where the platform for destination management was recognized. Their experience in the development was reflected in the legal regulation of tourism organisation and management. To show how the development of tourism organisation and management can be different, the case study of Slovenia and Slovakia is added. For comparison the development in the Czech Republic is present and finally a list of suggestions for legal regulation of tourism organisation and management in the Czech Republic is included. |
