| Description | This paper concerns the problematic of diversions used in criminal cases of juvenile offenders. The impact is on the practical issue of these diversions. The authors try firstly to mention each institute and then point out the practical points. The conclusions include the evaluation of the individual institutes and suggestions de lege ferenda to improve the legislation so that these institutes should be used in criminal proceedings against juveniles as possible. |
