Description | In this work, single-pulse LIBS measurement conditions were optimized in order to obtain the best possible signal-to-noise ratio for detection of heavy metals in algae solutions. Specifically we focused on laser energy, effective volume, gate delay and gate pulse width. Algae were cultivated in the laboratory conditions and measured in liquid form as algae suspensions. |
