| Description | The paper deals with preparatory education in the Czech Republic and speculates about the effectiveness of secondary pedagogical schools. It documents of probatice results of investigations abroad, which highlights the need to improve the preparation education of kindergarten teachers. The need for qualification at level of bachelor's degree correlates with declining results of the czech education. Points to be used for pre-school education level for childcare of children ubder three years. The author links the high ages of kindergarten teachers and EU requirements on increasing of qualification at tertiary level. They create good preconditions for the introduction of higher requirements for qualified nursery teachers. |
