| Description | Classic filtration glaucoma surgery has high risk of cataract. There is direct communication between filtration bleb and anterior chamber that means considerable risk of endophthalmitis. Deep sclerectomy presents alternative procedure. In the last time we can use new kind of synthetic collagen implant “Ologen”. We present our last experiences in deep sclerectomy. |
