| Description | The aim of the paper is to determine the fundamental changes in anti-money laundering measures brought by the anonymous shares abolition, introduced with effect from June 30th 2013 by the Act No. 134/2013 Coll., on some measures to increase the transparency of public limited companies and to amend other acts, as amended. It will also evaluate the new legislation on securities and book-entry securities in the new Civil Code, their effect on the area and potential risks of the new legislation. |
