| Description | Changes in cellular ATP levels in A. ferrooxidans were determined based on a type of substrate oxidation. Cell ATP contents on ferrous iron were 3 times higher compared to those on elemental sulfur. Sulfur limitation has been considered as a reason for the above observations. |
