Description | The chapter captures the connection between research in the field of education of socially disadvantaged groups and more effective practice or development of theory in relation to social disadvantage. This research brought valuable findings which can be further applied in education. The research is focused on educators, pupils, future teachers, and students of education, migrants and the Roma population, part of which is considered socially disadvantaged for several reasons. The text presents examples of good educational practice, which is realized by a team of students and staff of the Department of Social Education at the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University. |
