| Description | Antiphospholipid antibodies are a cause of the most frequent acquired thrombophilic manifestation. But they are also responsible for wide spectrum nonthombotic manifestations, which could seriously influence patients’ well being. The authors summarised pathophysiology of antiphospholipid antibodies presence, their possible clinical manifestation, laboratory diagnose and treatment possibilities including future directions. The necessity of multi-disciplinary approach has to be stressed in this condition. |
