| Description | Standpoints of the Supreme Court, which present one of the means of unifying judicial decisions, were objects of controversy in the past. The question of interpretation of law and the question of usability of the old jurisprudence have become very topical nowadays. In my contribution I will focus on the role of Standpoints of the Supreme Court in the current legal situation. |
