| Description | Reform of Civil Law transposes the regulation of commercial name to Civil Code, but maintains some principles of existing legal regulation: the name is a designation of a entrepreneurs registered in commercial register, it is not allowed to be deceptive and mistakable. The new Civil Code brings change in some elements: natural person does not need to use obligatory name and surname, transfer of the name is not connected with transfer of the factory. Protection of the name uses the legal regulation of unfair competition. |
