| Description | This paper focuses on some of the effects of re-codification of private law posed by the new Civil Code in the field of Cadastre, Municipal and Construction Law. Based on an analysis of the concept and relationship between ius privatum and ius publicum (administrative law), under which the utility then pays some of the new private institutes in the field of public law (administrative law) and the participants of administrative procedure. |
