| Description | This article deals with the administrative-legal apects of low-emission zones in the Czech law in the relation to rights of road users. In the 2012 was accepted into the Czech legal order new institute by the Act No. 201/2012 Sb., in order to decrease the negative impact of the road transport on the environment of the inhabited areas, which allows the municipals to declare in their territory an low-emission zone. |
