| Description | How to get from soft tissue to the elemental map? Slices with thickness of 40 mm are cut in the Leica CM 1850-Cryostat (Leica Microsystems, Germany). Slice is placed into laser ablation system UP213 (NewWave, USA). Selection of laser ablation pattern (single lines) and parameters of laser ablation. Ablated material is transported into ICP-MS Agilent 7500ce (Agilent, Japan) and selected isotopes are detected. |
