Description This chapter analyses conditions for teaching pupils with special educational needs in primary schools. These conditions are legislative action, educational programmes adaptation, combination of classification and verbal evaluation, developing individual education plan including special educational assessment, the possibility of the establishment of a teachers assistant position and the use of internal and external counselling services.
