| Description | The New Civil Code introduces a rule that thing voluntarily bandoned by its owner belongs to no one. Anyone is then allowed to appropriate such a thing, unless is prohibited by law. The paper tries to answer the question, whether the Waste Act prohibit abandoning movables because of its status as waste. |
