| Description | Time perspective is a specific way of designing the flow of time into past, present and future framework. P. G. Zimbardo speaks of an ideal and balanced time perspective as the best possible ways of setting our minds. Many people tend to overestimate the only one time frame and ignore the others, which often results in a maladaptive way of thinking, behavior and experience. Time perspective was examined in the context of a wide variety of psychological phenomena. The article tries to closer to their relationship to the time perspective. |
