Description | Breach of employer's obligations can lead to criminal, civil, administrative or labour law liability. One of the most notable labour law liabilities is both the employer's and the employee's liability for damage. Some cases in which an authority imposes sanctions on one of the parties to basic employment relations also fall within the realm of labour law liability. These are cases of employer's liability for offences and administrative delicts resulting in breach of obligations prescribed by labour law regulations and employment regulations. Other important types of liability to note are criminal liability of legal entities and liability arising during concurrent execution of company secretary duties in employment relations. One of the best ways to prevent direct personal liability of executives is ensuring proper conditions for timely and efficient fulfilment of all legal obligations of employers and their employees. |
