| Description | Ethyleneurea fused with a norbornane ring was prepared. Acid-catalyzed polycondensation of the urea with paraformaldehyde yielded a new six-membered hemicucurbituril derivative. The presence of hemicucurbiturils containing from four to eight monomer units were also detected. |
