| Description | The chapter is endowed to problems of legal liability that is presented as a legal institute and legal relation. This part begins with the definition of active (prospective) and passive (retrospective) conception of legal liability. The significant part deals with various functions of liability and different kinds of torts. The sense and the importance of subjective and objective legal liability in the Czech legal order is described, too. It is made mainly by the definition of single elements of breaking the law due to a certain individual. |
