| Description | Masaryk University (MU) inspection system is designed to administer external and internal inspections running at the University. The system provides functions for creating annual plans of internal inspections at individual MU organizational units, electronic approving of the plans, and monitoring the realization of individual periodic and interim inspections. Extraordinary inspections (both internal and external ones) are administered by the Office of the Internal Auditor at the Rector's Office. Problems identified by inspections are recorded in the system, in relation to the monitored risks, financial penalties, and recommendations of improvements. Inspection results undergo electronic approvals by inspectors, concerned employees and responsible managers. From completed inspections, general information is extracted and made available to all parts of the University.
