Description | With these antibodies the presence of the AHP proteins can be monitored without interfering in their structure or function. It is possible to estimate the epitop of the Antibodies can be estimated epitope recognized on the antigen molecule (of AHP protein), which may play a role in the monitoring of the protein complex or during transport to other compartments of the cells, without impairing their functionality. Monoclonal antibody AHP2@A4 raised against the Arabidopsis thaliana phosphotransfer proteins (AHP2) for the immunodetection of native and recombinant forms of the antigen. Antibodies are Protein G affinity purified from producing hybridoma lines from a low IgG fetal bovine serum. Antibodies are shipped as 1mg/ml solution (A280nm) in a 50mM Tris-Cl pH 8 and 20% glycerol storage buffer at -20 C. The detailed antibody data-sheet will be provided at each delivery or at direct inquiry. |
