| Description | This article is focused on an analysis of effects of european human rights in the relations between individuals. The analysis is based on the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and on the case-law of the Europan Court of Human Rights where the horizontal effect of human rights was declared. The aim of the article is to determine if and where the ECtHR have declared the horizontal effects of european human rights law and what impacts could it have on the relations between individuals. |
