Description | Employers in the employment relationship manage and control work of their employees. The labour law empowers employers to use instruments for organizing work in order to enforce their disposition authority. The extent and specific form of these instruments is considered to be a key point in terms of employers’ ability to response to the economic situation and other relevant circumstances. At the same time it must be point out that labour law belongs to the private law systems. Therefore one party to the relation must not have the power to establish rights and obligations of the other party unilaterally. The role of the main source of rights and duties must be played by a contract. |
