| Description | This publication will be particularly focused on the issue of civil liability in the insolvency proceedings and intentionally slightly depart from the public liability, represented mainly by criminal liability, as the authors consider that this topic would deserve separate attention. This monograph discusses liability in insolvency law but not only as liability for damages related to the debtor's insolvency or pending insolvency proceedings, but will also address other liable relations with the obligation to bear variety of punitive consequences of their action or attributable actions of another subjects. Liability in insolvency law is sometimes senselessly limited only to liability related with initiation of insolvency proceedings, although these liable relations are rarely activated in the practice. |
