| Description | Hematology is one of the fields in which we can observe the close connection between clinical practice and laboratory analysis. In recent years the growing importance of molecular aspects of hematologic diseases, not only in research, but particularly in terms of purely clinical applications. Without understanding these principles are essentially not present in hematology navigate. This became the inspiration for the Czech team of leading experts who developed the first domestic monograph on molecular hematology, bringing basic summary of findings. The monograph contains four main sections: fundamentals of molecular cell biology, selected new molecular biological methods, with the results of the professional community frequently encountered in daily practice, the molecular pathogenesis of the most common hematologic malignancy and molecular pathogenesis of severe haematological malignant diseases. |
