Description | Although being old is the final stage of life, there is a great influence on its living depending on live attitudes, behavior, and will through the whole life. Age is a summary of life-long endeavor. The aim of this paper is to verify the effect of the intervention program on selected fitness and coordination skills in the prevention of falls in people over the period Sénia and related quality of life of seniors. Our goal was not only examining the impact of the intervention program for selected individuals, but at the same time we tried to gently and appropriately influence attitudes to active lifestyles in order to extend the independence, selfsufficiency and quality of life of seniors. We got the experience of Czech and foreign researchers dealing with specific periodic motion - experiential activities positively affect senior years individuals. Based on the literature, statistical data dealing with injuries and empirical experience, we have put together an intervention program focused on rhythmic gymnastics and dance. These activities are evaluated as the most suitable for the development of motor skills we studied. To verify the effect of the intervention program, we used ten motor tests, to create semi-structured interview-depth case studies. Testing was performed before and after the intervention program that was included six months twice a week for sixty minutes of regular exercise to seniors. Our study showed that the probands having some health problems to a high age, were able to use the intervention program and lifestyle to improve the level of certain motor skills. |
