| Description | The main intention of the paper is to analyze and to compare the position of secured creditors in the insolvency proceedings under the Act No. 182/2006 Coll., on insolvency and its resolutions (the Insolvency Act), as amended, depending if the security is regulated by the current effective legal regulation or future regulation under the New Civil Code. The special emphasis is paid to the current and upcoming legal regulation of the lien in context of the insolvency proceedings. |
