| Description | The paper is based on a description of history and present of the national symbols. We can see primary purpose of this research in a comparison of the general elites of nation and elites athletes in each examined nation and also in research attitudes of people of these nations. Main assumption is that the elite athletes are in view of society in a lot of cases considered on higher place on the social scale than genuine national hero. |
