| Description | We analyzed karate front kick mae-geri and determine the main kinematic elements. 3D Simi Motion System was used and kick was divided into three cardinal phases and subdivided into three microphases. In sport practice we recommend utilizing the knee flexion and intersegmental coordination of hips and shoulders. |
