Description By the enactment of the new normative rule which fully or party repeal a part of previous one, the previous acts or acquired rights should be(re)viewed from the new rule perspective (since the new rule came into force). This feature is a „default” setting of the present legal order, and is generally approved. When it is set, the principle of acquired rights, and previous act protection, however, applies against the general rule. The aim of this paper is to examine whether the principle of acquired rights, and previous act protection protects the interpretation of the legal acting as well.
