| Description | This contribution deals with the accurate measurements of lattice parameters of cubic and two-parameter crystals using rentgenographic patterns obtained by the Debye-Scherrer powder method and treated by Černohorský's nomographs and the ratio method in 1960's and later. It appears that the reached accuracy (in the mentioned period without computers) was about few ten-thousandths of percent, i.e. one order of magnitude better than in world laboratories of that time. |
