Description | Legal regulation of labour relations was significantly influenced by the recodification of private law by the 1st January 2014. Labour relations are subject to the New Civil Code, where the Labour Code cannot be applied. The regulation of legal acts and consequences of erroneous legal acts included in the New Civil Code is applied in the labour relations regularly. The Labour Code modifies the general regulation contained in the New Civil Code only through a limited number of special provisions. This paper aims to summarize the basic features of the consequences of erroneous legal acts in labour relations and in particular to point out some questionable points of this regulation. |
