Description | Proceedings summarizes the modern methodological approaches used in detection of minimal residual disease in multiple myeloma and research of monoclonal gammopathies. Abstracts of lectures are devoted to benefits and describing of new genomic methods such as next generation sequencing, molecular porfiling and arrayCGH compared with standard cytogenetic techniques or high-throughput immunophenotypic expression profiling of myeloma cells using flow cytometry. Other abstracts are focused on role of microRNA for the development of plasma cell disorders. |
