| Description | This article deals with collective investment as a form of investment in financial markets. This form of investing is becoming more popular and more interesting with regard to a global perspective on financial markets as for institutions operating in the financial markets and for individual investors who wish to capitalize on their available funds through financial markets. The second pillar of this article is a description of the current situation of legislation in this area in Czech Republic, respect to new legislation effective from August 2013. |
