| Description | The paper describes the first part of a new complex prognostic model developed for modelling of municipal waste production and treatment. The model was created as multidimensional linear model of waste production in individual municipalities, which utilizes socioeconomic data on the municipalities and one-year sample of a data on production and treatment of waste in 6,251 Czech municipalities. The model brings new decision support tools not only for the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic but also for Member States of European Union. |
