Description | This report follows roots of modern immigration policy, which plays a significant role in all advanced states worldwide, with respect to social issues. Actually, when it starts to take over social responsibility for "its" poor and needy, however, refuses aid to those who are not its nationals? In the late 18th century immigration policy is being changed. Even the so far supported immigration, particularly when specialists in demand or common people who committed themselves to inhabit inhospitable parts were in question, was markedly limited. The state establishes a uniform legal system of immigration policy. Showing examples of foreign eminent emigrants or people who travelled to work the author shows the penetration of state structures into everyday life and the occurrence of travel and identification documents. |
