| Description | The article reveals the strengths and the weaknesses of on – line dispute resolution with the focus on online arbitration in disputes which arose from B2B commerce. It was necessary to compare advantages and disadvantages of online process with classical alternative dispute resolution, then to analyze particular working system and to describe future development. It was focused on the hurdles with recognition and enforcement of the online award in the end of the article. The aim was to show under which conditions is an online alternative dispute resolution feasible. |
