Description The presentation was focused on introducing the results of research aimed at identifying self-efficacy pre-school teachers to work with parents in the Czech republic, which was implemented in 2014. It was utilized Slovak questionnaire fitness teachers work with the parents (emphasis added) authors Majerčíková & Gavora (2011, published 2013). Self-efficacy teacher expresses his belief in his abilities, which are linked to the performance of the teaching profession. Like the Slovak, Czech pre-school teachers have a fairly strong belief that the activities with parents zvládnají do well. The results show that the highest level of education is not a factor that would influence the level of self-efficacy teachers.
