| Description | The text deals with the Falcidian portion, the institute which restrictive the legacies to protectedat the heirs. Just in Roman law was the portion used to protect the heirs who can not be disregarded. In this sence also assumed Falcidian portion the medieval and modern civil code of 19th century. In contrast, the amount of legacies in Modern codifications, typically ABGB was not limited. Rather quaint inspired her to Civil Code 1950, which was adopted after the onset koministů. However, they change the scale of the portion - the legacies can do only quarter of the value of the inheritance. Falcidian portion in the original - Roman concept - has appeared in the Civil Code 2012. |
