| Description | The author pays his attention to the changes both in the legal regulation of law studies and in the education at law faculties in the period following the constitution of Czechoslovakia. He also deals with the then attempts to carry out a thorough reform of law studies – examining the motives for the proposed changes as well as the reasons why the reform efforts have failed. |
