| Description | Contribution presents different footpaths of successful spreading of freshwater insect species into the running waters of the Czech Republic. Infrequent examples of recent expansions documenting crucial importance of environmental and climate changes, just as species prerequisites in species traits, which enable them to overcome all environmental filters and colonize available habitats in the new territory. |
