Description | The paper deals with the protection of social and economic status of an employee which may be considered as one of the manifestations of the protection of weaker party in the employment relationship. The subject of research is particularly the question whether it is appropriate and justifiable to limit autonomy of will of the parties to the employment relationship on the basis of this public interest through the rules protecting the employment from termination by the employer. |
