| Description | The contribution deals with issue of trade unions. The author of this contribution doesn´t consider Czech legal regulation of trade unions as sufficient. For this reason the author has decided to compare Czech legal regulation of trade unions with the Polish legal regulation. The author´s aim is to analyse Polish Trade Union Act which deals comprehensively with this matter. |
