| Description | The contribution deals with the intensity of the impact of re-codification of private law on municipal ownership of road and with limitations of this ownership by legislation in the field of administrative law. Attention is paid to municipalities as owners with the special mission and also to roads as specific subject of ownership. All with regard to both existing and upcoming text of the Civil Code Conclusions are made for each different categories of roads. |
